LAUGHTER YOGA WORKSHOP

I think we can all attest to getting a good laugh at this workshop! We vacuum laughed, argue laughed, aloha laughed, played laughing games, closed our eyes and laughed, laughed from all the laughing and worked up a sweat laughing so hard! It was very silly so you really had to let go of your inhibitions, we did have one person escape, not going to mention any names...lol. Anthony, Vicki's son, was hilarious and really added to the whole experience of laughing so hard you are going to cry. I think it was an enjoyable experience for sure!

2ND ANNUAL KARMA KIDS TEACHER TRAINING

I was so happy to be able to offer the Karma Kids Children's Yoga Teacher Training with Shari for the 2nd year in a row. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2nd time around as much as my first and am very pleased that some of the Moksha instructors were able to complete the training this year and last!

It has been such a joy for me to teach and share yoga with kids in such a fun, creative and playful way. It never ceases to amaze me at how much children enjoy yoga and really retain it and use it. It is such a gift to be able to share this practice with them at such an early age and I am so blessed to be able to be a part of the yoga seed or light that is planted within each of them.

If you weren't able to make it this year, no worries, Karma Kids will be back again next year!

FAMILY YOGA

Ahhh...family yoga! All I can say is WHAT FUN IT IS to share yoga with your loves!!! Thanks Shari for a great class and coming to visit us from the Big Apple.

Budokon Workshop

I am sorry that I have been slacking with posting pics and feedback for our workshops at Moksha. Sometimes it seems as though there isn't enough time in the day to do everything!

These pics are from our Budokon workshop on March 28th. Jason came to visit us from Ft. Lauderdale to share with us this wonderful, strong, beautiful practice created by Cameron Shaye. I feel a strong connection to the practice of Budokon and love the grace, strength and meditative qualities it exudes.

Not only did we get to learn and practice the different flows of Budokon, but we got to become different animals as well which was very interesting and fun to say the least! I hope you all enjoyed it and look forward to having Jason back to teach us some more!
